A Class Action Lawsuit, Broadbent v. Travelers Property and Casualty Insurance Company, Case No. SUCV2022000350, has been filed in the Superior Court of White County, State of Georgia.

If your Georgia private party vehicle was insured by Travelers Property and Casualty Insurance Co. and you made a claim to Travelers, which includes all Travelers entities writing the applicable coverage in Georgia, for physical damage to a private party vehicle resulting in a total loss claim payment from Travelers between January 1, 2020, through April 1, 2022, this class action settlement may affect your rights.
